1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the okpanaloph platform — including the website, the mobile app, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the okpanaloph platform, including registered account holders and visitors who have not completed registration. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

okpanaloph reserves the right to enforce these Terms at any time and to take appropriate action in the event of a breach, including suspending or permanently closing an account without prior notice in serious cases.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on okpanaloph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where using online gaming platforms of this kind is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction from which okpanaloph explicitly excludes access.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purpose of gambling on this platform.
• You must not be registered or previously been excluded from any self-exclusion programme in a way that affects your eligibility to use this platform.

okpanaloph is designed for the Philippines market. Players are responsible for confirming their own eligibility based on their personal circumstances and applicable laws in their location.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on okpanaloph. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all related accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. okpanaloph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before activating full account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. okpanaloph recommends enabling OTP verification and using a unique password for your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact okpanaloph support immediately through the platform.

okpanaloph will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. Do not share your login details with anyone.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on okpanaloph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your PHP account wallet and withdrawals are processed in PHP through the same or comparable payment channels used for the original deposit.

Accepted payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer and local e-wallets. The specific payment options available at any given time are shown within your account wallet. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering on okpanaloph.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. okpanaloph may request documentation to confirm your identity, account ownership and payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are shown in your account.

okpanaloph reserves the right to delay, hold or refuse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or if the identity verification process has not been completed satisfactorily.

5 Gameplay and Betting

The okpanaloph platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots and table games, and eBingo. All bets and wagers are final once confirmed through the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except in cases where okpanaloph determines that a technical error has occurred.

okpanaloph reserves the right to void or adjust the settlement of any bet or wager in the event of technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or circumstances that would materially affect the fairness of the outcome.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the point of bet placement. The odds shown at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager. In-play betting markets close at the discretion of okpanaloph and may not always be available for every event.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers and bonuses available on okpanaloph are subject to individual terms and conditions that are published with each specific offer. By opting into a promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

okpanaloph does not publish specific bonus amounts, percentages, wagering multipliers or offer durations in this section because these vary by promotion. The relevant details are available on the individual promotion page within your account before you choose to claim an offer.

General rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the specific terms state otherwise.
• okpanaloph reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the offer expiry date will be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okpanaloph and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any point during the use of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or engage in any form of cheating.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Abusing promotional offers in bad faith, including through coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.

okpanaloph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities — without prior notice.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

okpanaloph may suspend or permanently close a player's account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with okpanaloph's account management policy.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

In cases of account closure due to a clear breach of these Terms, okpanaloph reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and no breach has occurred, those funds will be returned to the player.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact okpanaloph support through the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

okpanaloph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous and reliable access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any losses arising from service outages, technical failures or delays outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpanaloph's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpanaloph is not responsible for any third-party services connected to the platform, including payment providers, game software suppliers or data providers, beyond what is within our direct control.

11 Privacy

Your use of okpanaloph involves the collection and processing of personal data. The way in which okpanaloph collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with how your data is handled, you should not register or use the platform.

12 Changes to These Terms

okpanaloph may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes may be communicated to registered players through the platform or by email.

Your continued use of okpanaloph following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. okpanaloph is not obligated to notify you individually of every update unless required by applicable law.
